The conference hotel is Le Meridien Cyberport, which is located within 5-minute walk of the HKU Cyberport Campus (the conference venue). We have held a block of rooms at the following rates (applicable for booking reserved on or before 7 June 2013):

SMART Room (single occupancy) : HK$1,450 plus 10% service charge per room per night with one daily buffet breakfast.
SMART Room (double occupancy): HK$1,650 plus 10% service charge per room per night with two daily buffet breakfasts.

(Room rate includes access to recreational facilities including gym and swimming pool in hotel .)

An alternative hotel is Island Pacific Hotel, which is about 15 minutes drive from the conference venue. We have held a block of rooms at the following rates (applicable for booking reserved on or before 15 June 2013):

Superior Room (side harbour view)

HK$880 for single or double occupancy, breakfast excluded.

HK$1,000 for single occupancy, one daily buffet breakfast included.

HK$1,120 for double occupancy, two daily buffet breakfasts included.

(The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, daily single trip transfer from Island Pacific Hotel to HKU Cyberport Campus during conference period and prevailing tax.)
