TRAVEL, LODGING, AND REGISTRATION FEE:
All conference participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.
REGISTRATION FEE:
Note: Your registration is not complete until you pay for the registration fee prior to the due date of June 1, 2010.
Except for invited discussants, all conference participants are required to pay a registration fee of US$250 for CAPANA members and US$350 for non-CAPANA members. The registration fee includes conference materials, the reception, meals, and the post-conference tour.
The US$350 registration fee for non-CAPANA members contains a US$100 CAPANA membership fee for those who wish to become a CAPANA member (please indicate so in the registration form,download here).
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We do not accept the registration fee payment on site. We only accept U.S. dollar checks or bank drafts made payable to "CAPANA" and mailed to the CAPANA treasurer Professor Benjamin Tai at the following address (no credit card please):
