Due to an increasing number of H1N1 Flu (Swine flu) cases in China and the recent experience with SARS, Chinese government is taking cautious steps to prevent the further spread. As a result, we are advised by Beijing University to change the conference hotel.

The conference will now be held at Fragrant Hill Hotel, a 4 star hotel within Xiang Shan, one of the most beautiful parks in Beijing. The address of the hotel is 北京市海淀区香山公园（买卖街40号） (Haidian District, Beijing Fragrant Hill Park), Tel 010-62591166. The hotel is also very close to many tourist attractions and university campuses. It will be most convenient if you stay at Fragrant Hill hotel during the conference. Beijing University will help those who indicated to stay in BoYa (博雅), the original conference hotel, to reserve a room in Fragrant Hotel (please contact Heng Yue at yueheng@gsm.pku.edu.cn).The room will be 440 Chinese Yuan per day. For those who have already reserved rooms in WenJin, please inform HengYue if you want to reserve a room at Fragrant Hotel; but you need to cancel your reservation at WenJin yourself. If you decide to stay in Wenjin, please check with HengYue to see whether they can arrange transportation from Wenjin to the conference hotel.
